Are your products authentic Billabong merchandise?
Absolutely! We’re all about delivering genuine surf lifestyle products. Every item in our shop carries the authentic Billabong quality and style you expect.
What sizes are available for your clothing?
Our boardshorts, shirts, and tops come in a full range of sizes from XS to XXL. We use standard sizing charts, but if you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for that relaxed surf fit.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster next time!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
No worries! Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and we’ll send you a link to reset it. You’ll be back to shopping in no time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your gear ASAP! If you need to make changes, email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to all you saltwater souls! (Currently excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia, but we’re working on expanding our reach to catch every last wave.)
What are my shipping options?
We offer two rad shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping (The Fast Wave): $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (The Easy Rider): Free for orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 days after shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your favorite beach break! If you have any questions about your tracking, just email us.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Not stoked with your gear? No worries, mate! We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Just make sure items are in original condition with tags attached. Email us at [email protected] to start the return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

Is my payment information secure?

Not currently, but that’s a great idea! We’ll pass this along to our team for future consideration. In the meantime, you can always purchase items as gifts and have them shipped directly to the recipient.
